GET READY TO HIIT IT! 

1. FUEL UP

Hydrate with plenty of water and have a light snack before coming in. You'll quickly work it off. 

2. ARRIVE

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your class to get fitted with your equipment and learn the basic punches.

3. GEAR UP

Gloves and wraps are required. We have wraps for purchase, or bring your own! Gloves will be provided but it doesn't hurt our feelings if you bring your own!

4. HIIT IT!

The lights go down and the music goes up. For 45 minutes your instructor will guide you through a combination of 9 rounds, switching between the floor and the bag.
