Our signature 45-minute HIIT class is a combination of boxing on the bag and resistive training on the floor. With a total of 9 rounds, 5 on the bag, 4 on the floor, you'll get that heart pumping and calories burning. You'll use six simple punches on the bag and go through different resistive exercises on the floor to achieve the optimal muscle burning, heart pounding, workout.
