THE WORKOUT
The 45-minute HIIT class is a combination of boxing on the bag and resistive training on the floor. There are 9 total rounds with 5 on the bag and 4 on the floor. No boxing experience is necessary.
THE ATMOSPHERE
Throw a pair of gloves on and walk into our club-like studio. Where the beats are loud and the lights are glowing. Sweat beating down the forehead and the muscles are burning with a smile on your face. Join in together as we hiit the bag for an exhilarating workout.


THE REASON
Get that heart pumping and sweat dripping in this killer H.I.I.T. boxing class all while having fun, relieving stress and fighting those inner and outer battles together.
