FUNDAMENTAL BOXING

The 45 minute fundamental class is a combination of footwork and shadow boxing skills, throwing optimal punches on the bag and some conditioning training to keep the heart rate up and sweat dripping down.  Learning how to box can improve confidence and enhance self defense skills.
