The 45 minute fundamental class is a combination of footwork and shadow boxing skills, throwing optimal punches on the bag and some conditioning training to keep the heart rate up and sweat dripping down.

THE REASON
Working on developing a new skill is something that will encourage better habits in life. We strongly believe that learning how to box is important for self-defense, confidence, & fitness. Hone in those skills while getting a killer workout.
