We are HIIT IT Boxing. We are a boxing- inspired group fitness studio that uses the combination of boxing and H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) to deliver a full body killer workout.

We all fight different battles in life. Join in, fighting alongside others to accomplish something together. In our studio we welcome anyone and everyone to join in on 45 minutes of a heart pumping, blood flowing, stress relieving workout.

1 BAG, 2 GLOVES,
45 MINUTES 

 In 45 minutes, you'll get that heart pumping and calories burning. Use six key punches on the bag and build strength and agility through floor work. Designed for all skill and fitness levels.

GLOVE UP & GLOW UP

  • Burn on average 580+ calories per class.

  • HIIT workouts will increase muscle volume and definition.

  • One hour set aside for working out can set the tone for the other 23. 

  • During and after the workout our body will continue to metabolize fat stores for a fuel source. 

  • During the class human growth hormone (HGH) can be triggered, a key component for building muscle.    

  • The HIIT class is only 45 minutes long from warm-up to cool-down. That way you can be productive the rest of the day.
